What is Pro Access?
Pro Access is Constrings' one paid entitlement. The US$99 annual subscription and US$249 lifetime purchase unlock the same workspace and features; only the payment schedule and duration differ.
What does the Free tier include?
Free includes one app, three languages, one market country, and ten active keywords per app. Within those limits, you can Pull and Save App Store Connect drafts, validate fields, refresh ranks manually or in the background, and export CSV. It is not a time-limited trial.
What happens if my subscription lapses?
Constrings does not delete your library. If it is still above the Free limits, the workspace becomes Paused: you can browse, inspect, delete, and export CSV, while creating, importing, Pull, Save, and refresh wait until you return within the limits or unlock Pro again.
Annual vs. Lifetime: which should I pick?
The workspace and features are identical. Annual keeps the upfront cost lower; Lifetime is one purchase with no renewal. If you own both, Lifetime takes precedence.
Do you estimate keyword demand or competitiveness?
No. Constrings stays with information you can inspect directly: your metadata, deterministic keyword coverage, and live ranks from Apple Search. It does not turn estimates into product scores.
How do refunds work?
Apple processes purchases and refund requests. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the Constrings purchase. If something went wrong, you are also welcome to email us.
